This is a permanent full time hourly paid position within our collective agreement and includes possible four on days, four off or shift work positions working 12-hour shifts, four days on and four days off. The starting rate of pay is $35.12 and increases depending on the position and department the individual is working in.  Selected applicants will complete aptitude testing.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in safety programs and ensure the application of our safety standards.
• You have a commitment to work in a safe productive manner to maximize quality and production.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance personnel.
• You will apply your organizational skills to maximize uptime, quality and production.
• Communicate updates to the supervisor to maintain goals.

Your Profile:

• Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or GED.
• Candidates must have a valid G Class driver’s license.
• Possess a strong safety focus on safety.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and within a diverse team environment.
• Previous experience in an industrial environment would be an asset.
• There is physical work in the entry-level position and candidates must be able to complete this work as required that may include working outside.
• Candidates must be able to legally work in Canada.

Compensation:

• This is a unionized hourly position starting at $35.12/hour.
